Welcome to Acai Affair! Before you dive into our delicious offerings, please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions. By using our self-serve Acai and Frozen Yogurt shop, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Hours of Operation:
Our shop is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please check our website or contact us for the most up-to-date information on opening and closing times.
2. Self-Serve System:
Our shop operates on a self-serve basis. Customers are responsible for dispensing and topping their Acai bowls or Frozen Yogurt. Please be mindful of hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Promotions:
a. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
b. The promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or coupons.
c. Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. Free Bowl Limit:
a. Free bowl promotions are applicable to bowls up to $15 Australian Dollars.
b. If the total cost of the selected bowl exceeds $15 Australian Dollars, the customer is responsible for covering the difference.
5. Gift Card Promotions:
a. Gift cards issued by Acai Affair as part of promotions are non-transferable. b. The gift card must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
c. To redeem the gift card, patrons must present both a valid photo ID and the physical gift card.
d. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued, and their value cannot be refunded. e. The terms and conditions of the gift card promotion may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated through our official channels.
6. Payment:
a. All transactions must be settled at the designated payment counter before consumption.
b. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
7. Children and Minors:
a. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
b. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring and assisting their children during the self-serve process.
8. Hygiene and Cleanliness:
a. Please use the provided utensils and dispensers for serving your Acai or Frozen Yogurt.
b. Report any spills, breakages, or equipment malfunctions to our staff immediately.
9. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
a. Patrons are responsible for informing our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before serving themselves.
b. Please check the product labels for allergen information, and our staff can provide additional information about ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared equipment.
10. Code of Conduct:
a. We promote a friendly and respectful environment. Abusive behavior, vandalism, or any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior.
11. Disclaimer:
Acai Affair is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during your visit to our self-serve Acai and Frozen Yogurt shop.
